By purchasing items off Eugaia you agree to the following:

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address to Eugaia when checking out. We will put the address you give us on the shipping label. If you are unsure of your address please use google maps for verification of your address. 

You accept and acknowledge that we cannot offer returns or refunds on sale products.

Free Shipping Important Details: Whenever we offer free shipping offers the shipping method used to send the item will always be the cheapest standard rate of shipping (not dhl). Even if the website lets you checkout with dhl shipping for free this will not be shipping method used to send your order. 

You acknowledge that you understand that Eugaia Pure+ is no added flavour (unflavoured) and you acknowledge you have read the following. We don’t recommend you consume Eugaia Pure+ only with plain water. For the most pleasing experience please mix Eugaia Pure+ with your favourite flavoured drink or a smoothie. 

Free shipping is not available during sale periods. 

You agree that shipping delivery times provided are ESTIMATES ONLY and that no compensation will be given for delays in shipping. Please be aware that we are provided estimates by our shipping agents. 

International custom and duty charges are outside of our control and may be charged on international orders. By proceeding with the order and purchasing items from Eugaia you agree that payment of custom charges and duty charges are your responsibility.

If customs contacts you for more information it is your responsibility to provide them with the invoice and follow up with them.

If your parcel comes back Eugaia due to a fault of the customer e.g. non collection, wrong address, failure to pay custom fees, etc. Eugaia will not refund the shipping cost if we agree to a refund of order. Eugaia may also charge a restocking fee in some cases.

We cannot accept change of mind returns on supplements and beauty blends that have been opened. This is due to health and safety reasons.

We cannot offer refunds if you don't like the flavour/taste of the products. Flavour profile is very specific from person to person but we have done our best to find a good balance between sweetness and subtle flavours.

All change of mind refunds are up to the discretion of the Eugaia team. If we do offer a refund it will be issued as a gift voucher. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. If you are given a refund for a change of mind you will not be refunded the shipping cost you paid. Unfortunately we currently cannot accept change of mind returns on international orders.

Shipping and Delivery estimates are estimates only.

When you checkout on Eugaia the system will automatically convert the rate to New Zealand Dollars. You will be charged the amount showing in your local currency (plus shipping) but the transaction will give you a receipt in New Zealand Dollars.  

If you have issues with your order you will first contact our support team via our contact us page. Please do not open disputes before talking to us as we would like to help our customers and understand each issue that occurs. This helps us improve our system and helps us to make sure you have a positive shopping experience.

Gift cards are non refundable.

If you choose the authority to leave option for your parcel shipping method, you need to specify where you would like the parcel to be left. You can do this on the view cart page under the special instructions section. Please be aware that if you choose Authority to leave and the tracking says delivered but you have stated that the parcel has gone missing/not arrived, we will not provide a replacement. Use the authority to leave option at your own risk. Our shipper and Eugaia will not be responsible for stolen/missing parcels that are left without a signature.

If you choose a subscription you will be signed up from a minimum of 1 subscription charge month (on the date you specified following the date of initial purchase) before being able to cancel. The reason for this is to avoid people abusing the discount given with the subscription. By signing up you agree to this. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Your subscription will be active unless you cancel it. We will automatically send out your items at each frequency period you choose. 

Please be aware that the 700ml cups cannot always be sent via eco recyclable shipping options due to the size of them. If we send these internationally they will generally not be in an eco shipping form. Sometimes they will not be sent via eco shipping methods for NZ shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

IMPORTANT: Please note there is an error with the box and cup printing for the 700ml tumblers where it says “dishwasher safe”. The cups are actually hand wash only!
